There are several ways to place an order with Buchanan Automation. First, you can phone your order in to Buchanan Automation's Order Department. The Order Department can be reached at 800.426.8313. The Order Department is staffed by knowledgeable personnel who are trained to assist you in placing your order.
Another way to place an order is by faxing your request to Buchanan Automation. The number to use when faxing an order is 425.710.0667.
A third way to send an order is through email. To place an order by email, click here.
You will be directed to an email document in which you can specify your order.
When placing an order by fax or by email, please be as complete as possible. Include part numbers if you have them. Be sure to include your name, address, phone number and other contact information.
If you haven't established credit with Buchanan Automation, click here to access a credit application. After you complete the credit application form, you will need to print it. Then, please sign the form and fax it to Buchanan Automation at (425)710-0667.
